I sit here reading this and still can't believe all of this is true. I am so sad, and I feel so overwhelmed. I've shaken my head in disbelief so many
times. I know it's happened to all of us before...and I know that I'm not alone. But for right now, this is me, and it's all happening to me, and it's all so sad...and it seems to much to take. I'm just so sad..and I'm trying to understand...I'm trying to keep that faith..but it just doesn't seem
to be happening right now...all i see is sheila in my head, and the hurt that I feel in my heart. I have to get thru all of this...and keep my dad in
my thoughts as well...I only hope and pray that God doesn't do it to me again. I know I'm probably saying all the wrong things...but it's what I feel.
Please keep us all in your prayers..and especially my dad....Tomorrow will be such a rough day for me. With Sheilas funeral and my dads surgery...I need all the prayers I can get. Hugs..and thanks to all of you my friends!

Sheila Eileen King, 53, of Kansas City, MO, departed from this world, Wednesday, January 19, 2011 at her home.
Mass of Christian burial and celebration of her life will be 11 a.m., Monday, January 24, 2011 at St. James Catholic Church, 309 S. Stewart Rd., Liberty, MO 64068. Interment will be in Resurrection Cemetery, Kansas City, MO. Visitation from 10 a.m., Monday, until service time at the Church.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association , or Tri-County Mental Health Services.
Sheila was born June 21, 1957, in Kansas City, MO, the daughter of John P. and Julia A. Heshion King.
She loved caring for her doggie buddies, Rhanger, Copper and Bella.
Sheila is survived by her loving parents, siblings; Paula (Robert) Doleshal, John Pat (Shelly) King, Laura (Jesse Lee) Smith, Michael King, Robert King and Carolyn King, and numerous beloved nieces, nephews and great-nieces and nephews.

Some of the feelings you're describing are those of surrealism & it's normal to experience surreal feelings along w/sadness & grief when we lose someone we love so much. It doesn't seem real but sadly it is, & we simply need time to wrap our minds & broken hearts around that reality.
My deepest sympathies & prayers to you & your family in the loss of your dear Sheila & I continue to keep your dad in my prayers as well.

We have so much going on today and I already feel like my chest is about to crush in.
We are headed to the church...all of this is still unbelievable to me...but I have to hold
on...and get through all of this. Haley is having a really hard time with all of this..and
I think I need to pull myself together for her. She had a little breakdown yesterday, that
was really sad to me. So keep us in your prayers as we head to the funeral..
AND also please say a really big prayer for my dad who will be having surgery this morning.
Please pray that God will keep him safe, that this surgery will help him out of pain, and
that his health will improve. I appreciate it all so much. Hugs my friends!
