I have a LOT of pasta sauce (red, some with mushrooms, others with garlic and so forth) and need ideas on how to use it without using pasta... Any ideas?

Chicken breast, pounded thin
Pasta sauce
Mozzarella cheese
Parmesan cheese

Pound chicken thin. Cook in a little oil w/salt/pepper/other spices you like in a pan on the stove. When cooked, pour pasta sauce over them and heat through.
Last 5 min, sprinkle parmasan cheese and mozzarella cheese over top of each piece. Serve.
