0|0|would you be upset about this too or is it just me   (m) gotta vent sorry |lydzkydz|wyldkydz@embarqmail.com|23:31:41|01/18/2011|<center><font size="1" color="#000099" class="f_postedon">Posted on Jan-18-11 at 11:31 PM (Eastern) by 76.7.80.87</font></center><p>My youngest son is playing upward basketball lots of fun for him or it was last year<BR>this year he has a coach that no one likes (go figure)  <P>as part of the upward program the kids are supposed to receive a green star for each practice they come too  and work hard at   and then they are supposed to get a green star if they learn the bible verse    <BR>and then a colored star at the ballgames for which ever the coach thinks they do best<P>ok i let the guy that is over the program at the church know about the situation <BR>and he said he explained it to the coach <P>well tonite kevin comes to me with one green star and that was for the verse that he learned <BR>he is on 2nd and 3rd graders ball team  now we all know that some kids can't remember verses unless they are standing there studying them and then saying them <BR>so some are upset cuz they don't get a star at all <P>NO green stars were handed out at all for the kids coming to any of the practices<BR>so i was perturbed when a lady asked me how i was and i told her i was mad <BR>and told her what was going on  like her hubby didn't already know <BR>and she said they would try to straighten it out <P>i don't think it is fair to the kids that come and do every thing that is asked of them at practice and they don't get anything <P>any thots ??????????????????<P><P><P><P><P><P><P><P><P><P><P><P><P><P><P><P><P><P><P><P><P><P><BR>please include your user name on refundsweepers.<BR>i appreciate all the trades made in the past.<P>THANKS!!
