12|3|ROFL...... thanks Tina!|Abbicca|Abbicca@insightbb.com|10:50:54|01/20/2011|
And "itemize" is where you use your mortgage interest and RE taxes (for whomever said they don't itemize, they just have a mortgage, income and kids)
However, it might not be enough to actually make the form (Sch A) worth it for you.... depends on the numbers game as always.
Again a 'heads up' to anyone with a mortgage/etc...the Federal government is not ready for anyone who uses a Sch A yet. Projected to be ready late February to process them. I will post as soon as I see them up and running and taking Sch returns.
And, as always, I'll be happy to try and answer questions if anyone has any.....just bear with me because I cannot get email from the office and would not want to ask anyone to post personal info on here.

15|1|start at the IRS website|msallen|m-sallen@juno.com|12:00:58|01/20/2011|
You can find a list of free file providers, along with the criteria each one uses to determine eligibility. 17|2|In VA you can go to your city's Commissioner of the Revenue|ncbrunet|ncbrunet@aol.com|15:56:34|01/21/2011|
(where you pay your taxes in person) with your already done Federal return and they will do your state return for free while you wait and (if you are at the office for where you live) they will accept it right then for filing.
I go to the office in the city where I work to have mine done and then just drop them in the mail box on my way out of the building.
I do itemize and it still only takes them about 10-15 minutes to do my state.
