I swear everyday brings a new situaton to my house lol So my 16 year old has this gf ( you know the texting one lol) and she is a vegitarian and usually I have notice when she is coming to dinner but since today they are off from school he asked and I said yes lol sooo I need to come up with something for dinner ot the roast or ham I have in the fridge and I have not done shopping for the week and can not get out to go so I have to whip something out from what I have here lol
so throw some ideas at me and I'll see what I van come up with thanks
This gf is the total opposite then my dil who does not eat veggies pretty much only chicken lol when she comes home they will equal each other out lol

Surely with couponing you have 20 boxes of pasta on the shelf like the rest of us! LOL
Any kind of pasta. If you have red sauce you could throw in veggies, if you have white sauce veggies would work too.
If you have Macaroni and Cheese, throw in some broccoli.
A Salad of some sort would work.
Cheese Quesadilla's...
I'm trying to think of options she might like with my son in mind, who really doesn't care for meat. He loves a good burger or steak (has to be a really good one), but prefers things like potatoes, veggies, pasta, etc.

lacto ovo, eat milk and dairy
lacto, eat milk products but no eggs
vegan, no eggs or dairy
Most recently, flexatarian, will eat fish, or lets say gravy on mashed potato, but not the meat, the gravy was made from. Flexatarian, is not recogniaed by the vegetaian society though.
