I went to use mine yesterday on line to print a shipping label from USPS, said card was denied, however when I logged onto the web site
o http://www.myprepaid.info/ they took out $9.37 for the shipping label which I did not get. Wondering if this can just be used at stores only? and not on line? When I contacted USPS today they said that the they did not charge me for the label however it was taken off my pre paid credit card.

when you call them if you do it at the store they can probably tell you what they are doing wrong at the regisiter
something very simple they might be putting it in as a gc not debit
