SO my mom is going to be here tomorrow. She has not had the money, so we are flying her in for her birthday (like we could really afford it... anyways)

I want to use my stockpiles when she is here. I am going to make her a cake with white cake, milk chocolate frosting & vanilla frosting... Going to make it polka dotted. I have some Lindt's Lindora milk chocolate truffels (the ball type) and am wondering if I should bake some into the cake and make it kinda polka dotted inside? If that would work, do I put them in at the beginning of baking or during? Any ideas??

I would rather have a mind opened by wonder than one closed by belief.

The recipe said to put them in at the beginning of the baking time.
