I just checked out the site for this years form and depends, poise and cottonelle flushable wipes are no longer included! What a bummer!

check it all out and i was glad this was posted other day or i would of forgot to get this in always keep in back of my folder and sent in at end of
year since i don't get a lot any more any way i printed from first of year and just today i mailed it in
now i checked new form and see it goes to a whole new addy so looked back at 2010 form and it has that new addy too
do u think mine will get forwarded or how long has this new addy been in effect???
i also screwed up today when i checked site it said enroll so i did and then once done realized i shouldn't of done tht as they gave me a new
membershi # so i just emailed them hope this get straigtened out since i just mailed in this could really get confusing
guess i better stay off computer and not do any more refunds today i am making a mess of things lol lmk what u think vickie

I have no idea how long the address has been changed. Haven't done one in a while. But I just bought a bunch of cottenelle wipes and went to send one in and it was changed.
