OK i posted last week about my ebay drama...here's part of that thread..
2nd ebay.....I bought 3 appetizer coupons for texas roadhouse on the 9th as well. ASked if they could ship next day..yep..not a problem..
waiting until December 15th 5 days later ...YEP it was mailed...sent me tracking number but it was invalid...wasn't in the system..so i emailed him
and said..I was leaving but my hubby would be here till the 19th..so he should get it.. NOPE never came.. .SO then...I asked him if he was sure
he mailed them..he thought so.. BUT to make it right with me he would email me a coupon in my email...and also send out a new envie of coupons
to my address while on vacation till Jan. 3rd. That was the last email I rec'd from him...THIS was way before christmas...I never rec'd coupon
in the mail and I never rec'd envie of coupons..SO when i got home this week..checked my mail..thinking maybe it finally came.. NOOOOO..so i email him
saying..I cannot believe I never rec'd anything from you that you promised...never heard back from him..so I left negative feedback..AND within an
hour he emails me back...why did you leave negative feedback..why couldn't we work it out.. UH HELLO...you promised 3 different things..3 different times and
I still didn't get anything..SO he says...If I refund your money back...will you take back the negative. I said...well I've already sent in a complaint
to ebay and paypal anyways, so i'm pretty sure i'm going to get back the $7.00 anyways.. BUT anyways..within an hour..he refunded my paypal...and now
i've had 3 emails from him yesterday to take back the negative feedback..FUNNY how he can send me an email now right? I don't like giving anybody negative feedback..but he truly deserves it...I don't think I'm going to retract it... I mean...I just don't see the post office losing 2 pieces of mail..and then what
happened to the supposed email coupon he was going to send????/
BUT Anyways...since he refunded my money..I have not responded to his several emails...What I think is funny..I emailed him 3 times asking where my purchase was, never emailed back.. THEN when I told him, I'd leave negative feedback he was suppose to send me a coupon thru the email.. NEVER did..never rec'd anything in the mail..etc.. SO that's 3 times I was suppose to get something..nothing anytime..SO why should I take back my negative feedback..which I did the Jan. 4th after I came home and nothing was here as promised..so to me that was 3 strikes.. BUT anyways..AS soon as I leave feedback..he finally gets an email to me, imagine that..he couldn't email me when I wanted to know where my stuff is.. BUT anyways..he's now emailed me 5 times..I haven't replied.. AND just now I get an email from ebay.. that the "SELLER" has requested my personal information..AND really I don't think that ebay should have given him my personal information.. BUT anyways..it's my phone number from like 10 years ago..so we have a new number..BUT anyways.. Do you think I should leave the feedback as it is... I'll post what I wrote....or what.. If I would have gotten the coupons atleast one set of them..as promised 3 different times, maybe so... BUT now, he wants me to take the negative feedback back????

AND the reason I ordered those coupons was to use on vacation...I don't have a restaurant
close by and that's why I wanted to use them in WV and when I didn't get them in a week..
i told him I was going out of town...he said not to worry, he'd send them there..and also
the email coupon.. AND then..nothing...so when I didn't get them in Kansas City, I was upset..
when I didn't get them in my email...I was upset..THEN when I got home 21 days later and they
weren't here I was P*SSED. SO....I'm thinking he had 3 chances...

DOn't you wish someone had done it before you and maybe you wouldn't have traded with him. 12|1|I have understood that even leaving poor ratings in the individual ratings, for communicaiton and shipping, will hurrt and possibly suspend ebay users. Perhaps you can agree to leave a neautral feedback, with low marks in communication and shipping, ANd in your feedback line write, never received, poor communicaiton from seller. That way, if it happens again he will still have trouble with ebay, but you are allowing him the benefit of the doubt, while still informing other ebayers of potentail risks.
