My mom mailed a Christmas card on Dec. 15th to my son at his new residence. She got it back yesterday in a "body bag" w/a stamp on it apologizing for their machine that killed it. All that was left was just the FRONT of the envelope - no back part of the envie at all & no card. Needless to say, I doubt my son received the card. :(
Fact of life: After Monday and Tuesday..even the CALENDAR says...

Did the machine totally shred the card & the back of the envie? Or did they only try to salvage the front since it had the NAZ's so they could send that back to her? :( It wasn't lumpy or anything like that, nor oversized. They should have to reimburse her the postage!
