ok, I have in previous years submitted the receipts for my Dad and sister for the 20.00 Holiday Rebate. (they kept and spent the money, it was just a freebie for them that didnt cost me anything)I didnt this year because it is now tracked with a card. I have saw people asking for receipts to finish up their rebate. I would love to help others out (including my sister and dad) but not if it is going to get me (or anyone else) in trouble.
