Here I go again unfortunately. Had some issues with night nurse (trust/daughter's care etc)and agency spoke to her. I told them NOT to say anything UNTIL they got someone else lined up (wasn't serious enough that they couldn't put it on a back burner till they had someone else lined up..took them a YEAR to get someone for me till a few months ago) but nooo..they went ahead and now..without night nurse...again. Just got the call. Ugghh! If you all can please send up a few prayers for me to get a reliable, trustworthy and competent skilled night nurse I would reeaally appreciate it! Just when I was able to get some 'solid' sleep last couple of months, once again I will be with daughter watching her all night long. *sigh* Wish I knew someone who had a ton of money that wanted to start a GOOD business..sure need a GOOD home health skilled nursing agency here in this area! It can be kind of a tough combination to find all in 1 but I know they're out there! Prayers for you & your daughters that you get one of them. :)

I got a call today from head of the agency..he had NOT been at work till today so the recruiter evidentally took action on his own..maybe there will be reprecussions on him for this, I dunno..
Anyhoo..night gal came back tonight as the head guy said he hoped we could work it out. Like I told him this should have been a 'monitored' situation..not a 'termination' situation at this point. Anyhoo all your prayers worked so at least for now have a night nurse again. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!! for me and the girls!!! God Bless you all! ((HUGS)) everyone!!

Just got a call from agency a bit ago..thought this was all resolved w/ call from head honcho the other day. Apparently not. Nursing super. just called ..made me rehash..yet again..what happened..and she is (yet again) going to talk to head and the recruiter again..wants nurse pulled from here. Just ducky. Not sure what her deal is but apparently I am doomed to be in turmoil. Anyone know anyone who has some money to invest in opening a HH agency here in this area?
