Things I'm learning from the hotel:
No I don't care if your room is too hot or too cold open the window or turn up the heat.
What would you like me to do with a broken ice machine? Do I look like I can fix it?
Writing nasty comments to corporate because we have a tip jar for breakfast. OOh how adult. Do you think that food magically appears along with fresh pots of coffee and hot water over night??
I'm sorry there was a stink bug in your room. Not really. I couldn't care less. He was a free extra why are you whining over one tiny bug?!?!?
Yes the cookies I made are fresh and out for guests. No I won't go make other flavors just because you don't like the fresh free ones I just made.
Is the coffee fresh at 11pm? I doubt it, but I just got here. I dont' drink coffee and frankly could care less. Isn't that what the microwave is for?!?!
You had the DND (do not disturb) on your door all day. Now at 11pm you want fresh linens and shampoo, etc. Gee let me stop the work I have to do to take care of the maid jobs you wouldn't let them do during the day.
Yes you did get your wake up call. It's not my fault you didn't answer or answered and hung up on me like I'm some machine.
Yes we offer light fare dinners Monday thru Friday. No inviting your friends in the area is unacceptable not to mention seriously ghetto come on people.
It boils down to do I look like I get paid enough to wipe your arse, fix your food and cater to your every whim!??!!? This is NOT a full service hotel nor do we charge full service prices. You want your bed time story read to you and to be tucked in go elsewhere.
