I ordered Matt size 11 shoes on December 4th plenty of time to be here for Christmas. I received them December 8th. The box said size 11 the shoes themselves were size 10. I immediately called Nike who emailed me a return postage. They were shipped back December 9th. December 16th or there about I called and asked where my shoes were. I was told they would be here no later than the 21st or 22nd. On the 23rd I called again after still having no shoes. I was told they would be over nighted and I would have them by no later than December 27th. I was given a 15% off any order coupon for my 'troubles.' December 28th I again asked them where are my shoes. I have yet to be given any tracking information and I was told they would investigate and contact me by today. Today still no communication I once again contacted them. Manager Jennifer Nelson informed me she has no idea and she doesn't work at the warehouse. I complained the current coupon out for members is better than what I as a customer was offered for shoes that are still not here. She said oh well you can use both coupons in conjunction on clearance. I asked if they would ever arrive and she had no comment. She is supposed to be investigating and getting back to me but I'm not holding my breath. Long story short be VERY careful if you order from Nike and they mess up at all. You may never get your product.

I threw such a hissy fit that they finally reimbursed us plus allowed us to keep the coupon in the amount of the original shoes, which turned out funny, because a Nike store honored it, so we got our money back plus another pair of shoes. The Nike store was not suppose to honor it but the manager called his home office & told them what had happened & he said to take it since we'd had nothing but problems. My recommendation is to call them over & over until you get what you have coming. Make them miserable.

3|1|Thanks Kristy and Donna for sharing your experiences....I appreciate real, honest feedback on companies from real consumers! I havent ever purchased from them (I find better deals at 6pm or other online stores for shoes), but good to know for the future!|saint6811|waylan@comcast.net|16:11:14|12/29/2010|
