Went to Publix today and picked up the following:
1 Kelloggs Frosted Flakes (B1g1f had buy 2 kelloggs get $2 off orange juice)
1 Kelloggs Corn Pops (see above coupon)

The items with the * in front of them I would have needed anyway for xmas day or to make xmas treats for co-workers! So I'm pretty excited about what I picked up. I have plans for almost all of it! The creamer, sausage, eggs, hashbrowns and syrup will be made by my husband all week for him and the kids since they have off of school, the turkey gravy is for the turkey sitting in my freezer, the chicken gravy is for Chicken Cordon Bleu (got chicken on sale last week), some of the mozzarella will be used for Chicken Parmesan (again for that chicken I just picked up last week!), the cake mix is for my mother-in-law's birthday at the end of the year, I'll use a bunch of pineapple with the ham I have in the freezer, the pot pies are for those late nights of shopping right before xmas (no more excuses to grab food while out!), the mayo is for salads I make with my stash of pasta All stuff we will eat

she was ok with it... then at the end she asked if I really bought all that stuff. I told her of course I did.... she said "I've never seen anything like it before!". I think it shocked her that I could do that! She was a little upset that it really did take forever, but really what could she say? The lady behind her said "you saved how much?". I actually had to have help out of the store, I had two carts full of groceries. for every last xmas present this year! It's so less stressful when you don't have to worry about how to pay for it later! Tomorrow I start making peanut butter fudge and cookies for my co-workers! Can't wait!
