Just drain about 3 cans of corn and melt a block of cream cheese in a saucepan, add a little milk and a sprinkle of garlic salt and it is done!

Called Baked Pineapple
2 granny smith apples
1 can pineapple chunks or tidbits
1/2 to 1 cup sugar
6-8 pieces of old bread or toast the bread
6 TBSP butter
2 TBSP flour
Drain pineapple and place juice in saucepan. bring to boil and whisk in sugar and flour until thickened about 1 minute. place pineappple in baking pain and layer with peeld apples. place cubed bread/toast on top. Pour melted butter over top. Baked at 350 for 45 minutes. You get the sweet and the tart. I have cut the sugar down to 1/2 cup because I felt it was too sweet. The recipe called for 1 c. yummy!!!
