Hi Everyone,
I've been through the ringer, but am trying to just keep on going and hang in there. I need to ask for prayers again. My 30 year old son Timothy is having surgery next Wed the 22nd. He's having brain surgery and surgery on his chest. He has a shunt and it's not working or not working properly, they aren't sure yet, till they go in and see what's going on, the tube that leads from the shunt to the stomach also needs to be replaced, the one he has in there is brittle and broken and that is causing him severe headaches and other problems. They say he may be out of work for a month or longer. Last time he had brain surgery he was 12 years old and he had memory loss and I had to teach him his phonics and everything all over again, please pray that everything goes smoothly this time and that it isn't as serious as they think it may be. I'm a nervous wreck but know that the LORD will get him through it. I am glad they are finally doing something about the shunt, but it just gets me nervous. His daughter Alayna will be 9 months old that day. She's the joy of his life. Will was suppose to go to the cancer center that day for his check up (nervous about that too) but we'll have to reschedule and hopefully he will be doing good too, I don't think I can take anymore bad news. Again I appreciate all the prayers and without my RS family, I don't think I could get through all of this. Hugs, Rebekka

10|1|Thank you so much everyone...Tommorrow is the big day, we have to have him at the hospital at 10 am, glad that it's later, cause the hospital is about 45 minutes or longer (depends on traffic) from here, plus we are expecting nasty weather.
