and all cords are plugged. Then make sure work off line isn't checked under file in the upper left hand corner. If it is uncheck it. If not fixed: Then try shutting down the computer all the way. Wait for a ten count and then turn it back on. If not fixed shut down all the way again and unplug 10 count plug back in from the wall for a dry start. Were you getting mail from the inbox by the way? If you were you had internet connection. Then last resort do a system restore as far back as it will let you in the period that it was working. Never do this system restore first! Always a last resort. Let me know how it went. Anna n Mike 3|2|it started this a couple weeks ago.......i tried everything....then i done a system restore........|couponsnsamples|cpsnsamples@aol.com|16:34:42|12/14/2010|

5|4|A good way to test the router is to hook it direct into the modem. Are you wireless?|wegogo|mike15461@gmail.com|18:42:51|12/14/2010|

Had a friend who had similar issues just last week, and System Restore worked for her. If you have already completed a System Restore and it did not help you. Then have you checked for any bugs in your computer lately? Are you running Windows XP, Please? What I.E. Version are you using, Please? 9|7|im using windows vista|couponsnsamples|cpsnsamples@aol.com|21:49:12|12/14/2010|

That os is a error in itself! It causes half of its own problems. If you ever get a chance to find a newer os reasonable jump on it. How did it work when you tried hooking it up direct? Do you happen to have another browser loaded on your computer. I never use explorer as it always gives me hassles. I use mazilla alot as it is safer and works well though chrome, opera and safari are decent depending on what you do on your computer. Safari is pretty quick and has less problems than ie also. We had the same problem a few months ago. If hooking direct to the modem makes your pages consistently come in then you probably have trouble with a router needing replaced. You can try ebay or listia and find one reasonable. You can always try going under the advanced tab and restoring defaults too. Let me know how it goes. Hoping it works for you! 14|8|PLEASE go to the following link and hopefully it will solve your issues. Please See Inside for Link|Newman|BenjiBubbles@gmail.com|22:45:34|12/14/2010|

Never mind don't answer that because I really don't feel like wasting days with your crap again! Can't you ever keep your mouth shut and not attack us or hassle people?! You think you would shut up just knowing how much money you are costing yourself melpaul! Again Newman can stand up for themselves. A few people trying to help someone out and you who probably have no clue come along and start crap again! I knew it was too good to be true that you and the lynch mob could ever stop since you already have the reputations of this with so many others on here. You didn't offer to help you just hassled again! 11|7|ive got enough problems without yall arguing over a simple post..........|couponsnsamples|cpsnsamples@aol.com|22:37:15|12/14/2010|

This is a nice forum where people do not belittle others 17|1|google microsoft fix and click on the link to open and go under internet explorer or all if you want to make sure anything wrong is corrected. It will fix things for you right there. Doesn't aol also offer a system check too for free? just don't go into the registry to change anything if you're not familiar with what its telling you.|wegogo|mike15461@gmail.com|14:58:17|12/15/2010|

I also think there is a repair thing under add/remove hardware under explorer but I think it is strongly your router. What were the results of the things you tried? 20|2|I have this same problem but Im wondering if its not IE itself.|jen_ron|jenayn@yahoo.com|20:41:25|12/15/2010|

The reason I say that is because I sent my laptop off for RMA (repair the manufacturer) and they set it back to factory settings and I still have the same problems. My main issue is when Im at work, if I try to activate a new phone, do an esn change or add a plan to a phone that is suspended I always get Page Cannot be Displayed. I also get the same message about 50 or more times a day when just doing every day stuff.
