Does anyone ever get these? I write them down when I apply for them. But never get them. Why is this? I never got the Glade Relaxing Moments Gift Basket, TIGI Cap, Curls Starter Kit. So many good ones & I don't get any. WHY??? And they do say it will be coming but it never arrives.

Also, about 6 years ago, our ZIP changed and mail was delayed. When I'd update the info with, for instance, credit card co's, their systems would not accept it. It was not recognized and 'in the system' for about 8 months.
