I can remember walking to our neighborhood store when I was a kid. If you walked in from the main street, you had to go down a long marble staircase to get to the store.

Hannaford and price chopper are starting to slug it out here and prices are starting to drop. Hannaford is now owned by the same company that owns food lion and a few other chains. Full and half page ads lately attacking each others prices.
