found it attached to my coupon bar from coupons.com . I wasnt able to print off coupons and I kept trying everything, then discover the virus attached to the coupon bar link that I could not delete. luckily, I kept looking for the problem and found it
when I tried to print coupons it kept saying there was a maliscious attempt on my computer. that was the problem

it's a process but it worked. file attached to my coupon printer and coupon bar from coupons.com . cant print any couons and that was how I discovered what the issue was
