Ok a trade was made and Finalized on 11/2/10
The trade was coupons for CC & 2 stamps
The cc and stamps were mailed on 11/4/10 AND there is a PO CRT for the envie being shipped.
The coupons were RCVD in a timely fashion (date was not notated)
An email was sent TODAY stating that the CC was not RCVD and needed to be resent.
Both parties are VERY reliable traders.
However............ a MONTH after mailing an email is sent saying the CC was not rcvd?
What do YOU think?

When the coupons were recieved was an email sent to the sender? I would hope that if it was that would have been enough to keep the trade fresh in ones mind to know that their end was not recieved. It's a tough call as who knows what the person is/was going through But putting all that aside I think it is a bit to long to wait if every thing was okie dokie jmo 3|2|ya know, I didn't even ask that but just sent an email asking. It's quite possible the trader waiting on the cc also knew the sender to be honest & reliable so decided to give the trade more time to arrive. It's not unusual & is understandable, particularly given the higher mail volume that usually begins in Nov. for the holidays.
But sending cc always makes me nervous & especially this time of year. As an example: My mom got a Happy Thanksgiving card in the mail last month from a friend of hers, & the sealed flap had been completely undone. Fortunately, no money was sent in it but sure makes you wonder if someone opened it looking for something. :(
Fact of life: After Monday and Tuesday..even the CALENDAR says...

Please identify yourself in 1st email w/name/username. Due to recent problem trades, if I haven't traded w/you before, I will probably require you send your end 1st or I'll need LEGIT trade references/feedback. I will be happy to provide the same. IF you plan to hold your end til you've received mine, I will need to know that IMMEDIATELY, BEFORE trade is finalized.
