So, my ds wanted a laptop for xmas....he will be 16 in January.
Today, I saw Staples had an HP 3MG laptop for $379 after instant savings and rebate.....PLUS I had a $50 off any HP laptop coupon....and a $12 coupon rewards....
Then, the sales person said he'd give me $25 off a wireless printer....and $50 off Microsoft Office 10 (3 license pack)....so for $570 I got:

3 license microsoft office
PLUS
I will send in the $50 rebate and the final total will be $520.....LESS than what the laptop originally lists for.....my dh was soooooo amazed at the deal!!!!
Then went to Toys R Us and got the Nintendo DSi Bundle and wound up getting:
1 Aqua blue DSi
Matching universal transporter case
3 games
2 year replacement warranty
ALL for $260
All in all,,,,,very happy with my deals today.....and happy that the anchor gifts are done....

Doug and I are just trying to keep things as normal as possible....and since he goes in on Monday for his surgery and will be in the hospital 3-4 days....then home for another 2 weeks recooperating.......we figured it was best to do as much as we can this weekend....tomorrow we are going to pick out our tree and put it up...
