but they are expensve. I would definitely sign up for their free coupon. check the details though, coupon might not be good on Christmas eve

we go to the Inns here. try a new one each year.

when the kids were smaller we would have appetizers, they loved it 5|2|like how expensive? around? because I have NO idea|Mumzie|luckiestbamboo2@aol.com|20:30:28|12/01/2010|

depending on what you order. i think you can pull up a menu.

when you sign up you get a free fondue with a purchase. limit one coupon per person.

I thought it was around $45 a person but a friend went and said they paid $80 each for a group of them. 9|1|The Melting Pot is excellent... but it is pricey....|jdlaurie|savethosepennies@aol.com|23:35:55|12/01/2010|

my husband and I finally bought our own fondue pot and we used to get together with friends and make it often... but since the kids it's been a bit harder. It takes a lot of time and we would spend more time running after than kids than cooking. Although I bet I could get them to sit down and do the dessert fondue with us! Anything covered in melted chocolate is good!

If you can afford to go, it would be a treat!

Laurie 10|2|wow that is pretty pricey! I think we will have to find another place or|Mumzie|luckiestbamboo2@aol.com|08:41:15|12/02/2010|

alot of $$ for fondue, we can make at home. I am sure it is fun with a big group though.

good luck finding another place. we're going to a french restaurant this year. food is suppose to be really good. it is close to the church so decided to give it a try 11|1|We get Chinese for x-mas eve|kaq214|qmsq8865@aol.com|09:44:53|12/02/2010|

We live away from all family, so we have chinese for christmas eve and the kids get to pick what is for christmas dinner. We feel it is their day. Now they are getting older we are having better dinners, but when they were young they use to pick hotdogs and mac and cheese. But we felt it was worth it because we wanted the day tobe great for them! 13|1|We do an appetizer buffet on Cmas Eve....chicken wings (I make three kinds), Swedish meatballs, cheeses, pepperoni pinwheels, veggies and dip, hot crab or spinach dip, that kind of stuff...I spend all day cooking and then we have our family time in the evening....it's fun, and it's a tradition I continued from when I was a kid :)|saint6811|waylan@comcast.net|20:29:35|12/02/2010|

I used to waitress in an Italian restaurant. Carried a spoon & fork in my apron pocket & despite running my buns off, I gained 15 lbs. in 6 mos. LOL I'd go hide in the walk-in cooler when the owners would spar & pretend to be prepping the salads while stuffing my face, & when the bosses wanted me to be on-call if it got unexpectedly busy, they had to bribe me not only w/"cash below the table" but w/free food to boot. ROFL!!
Got addicted to the linguini w/white clam sauce & mozzarella in carrozza, not to mention the cheesecake, brandy tort & chianti. LOL The braciole was pretty good too, but I just couldn't handle the veal parm/marsala.
