But I swear they only come out right, when I use my gran mothers angel food pan(and they do not make them like it anymore).  Well today, I stopped at my neighbors tag sale, to widh them a Happy Thanksgiving.   I saw the same exact pan, in a pile for a 1.00.  I am so darn excited over this.
