I have nothing bought & have 6 kids & 3 inlaws, 5 grandkids, parent's,sister & brother in law, neice & her family of 4,6 birthday's between Dec.10 to Dec.27, Thanksgiving dinner for 35 & a ton of outside decorating to do. I have no idea's what to buy nor what anyone wants. So I will freak out with you, at least we won't be doing it alone.

Having Thanksgiving for 10 and I do most of the work!
I have Cmas gifts to buy for my Mom, 2 sons, 2 DIL's and 5 grandchildren.
I bought my first gift this AM after my DIL alerted me to a great deal at one of our local stores.
I get so stressed out about finding those right gifts that I don't even feel like decorating the house!
I dread the weeks ahead...................

I refuse to let it get me any more down then what it has. I'm concentrating on Thanksgiving first & then I'll freak out over Christmas & birthday's. Once Tgiving is over, I'm going to work like crazy to get my Christmas up, I have about 21 airblowns & a ton of the plastic figures to get up. We did get the lights up around the house & garage & sheds & all the windows, so that's something.

plus my own.......
he buys something small for all 5 kids,,our spouses..plus all the kids and grandkids...and great grandkids....i think theres 32 of us.......
then i also.......do most of the cooking for thanksgiving......which we have at dads house....usually between 30--40 of us there...(we always have a stray or two
or four or five..LOL)
and i also cook a turkey breast and smaller meal for my family to have at home.........
i also put up his christmas tree....clean his house before thanksgiving and christmas.....and christmas.....i cook..for both places again.......ect..

im the only girl......in a family of 6...one brother passed away few yrs ago......
i have 3 SIL.......that never offer to help.....only body i can depend on is my daughter...she helps me clean....and me and her are the 2 that basically do
all the cooking.....rest of them files in..with a small bowl or two....and sit down like they are guest....
i only work my butt off....because of my dad...i figure..he wont be around much longer.he's either 89 or 91.(they have his yr messed up on birth cert..compared to what his mom had written down)...so i do what i can ........
but what really pisses me off.....i walk in.....most of time in a bad mood after cooking all day.....and someone usually says.....whats wrong with u......one day.....
im gonna blow up ...and let them all hear whats wrong..LOL

note...we have always had Christmas at my dads...on christmas eve.(my late moms bday).....and when i say always..i mean as long as i can ever remember...
last yr.....one brother didnt show......i refused to call and say...where are you...he lives about 3-4 miles away...
told the others...why should anyone call....he knows.its not like he needs an invitation.......
anyway...after we had christmas dinner....presents...ect.....we were there for like 4 hrs.....
i got home and he called me.....are we going to daddy's tomorrow or what.......i said...we just came from there.......he says..i thought it was tomorrow nite(if so..why are u calling me tonite)
anyway i said....well we just came from there..yalls stuff is under the tree...ect...if u wanna go get it.....
and im not calling this yr either......if someone else wants to ......fine...
im not mad at them..or anything....i just dont think i need to send out a gold invitation for a person that has been doing this for at least...33 or 34 yrs(long as all of us have been outta our parents home)

my mom died in 1990 on christmas day on top of that i do all the cooking for my family and dh mom and dad and usually my brother in law and sil and their kids I told them im making a small dinner just taters/tater salad ham (if i can get a good price on it) rolls and corn, dessert will be simple to pumpkin pie im to stressed to do much else they are lucky im doing that my family just doesnt seem to realize how ill i am everyone is asking me if im exciting about the new baby and i am like NO im worried that it will have birth defects or be still born im very worried not excited maybe after we can confirm its vitality and health then i will be excited right now im in too much shock :( not to mention i have made 4 trips monday will be 5 to the specialists 4 hrs away the gas alone has ate up all my christmas money i have not bought one thing yet and im very depressed the holidays are not what they used to be and i want everyone to know that i may not reply to every post i see for people needing prayer but i do indeed pray for each and everyone of u its nice to know im not the only one struggling i love you all and am so glad to know each and everyone of u... we all have our burdens and trials but with friends like u all i am reminded that their are still some good people in this world

Well Haley is done for christmas..
HER BIG thing was a new cellphone with Sprint..and a new plan... I didn't want to do it..
but I did..LOL But we got her the $69.99 everything plan and a new blackberry.. SO she's happy
and that's the big thing off her list!! I also got her a silver ring with her name cut out on it.
I know I"ll have to get her a few little things...but for the most part she's done!!
WE also did our shopping yesterday... 5 hours.. walmart/kohls/jcpenney/sams. Man was I tired last night
I think I almost have all of the Christmas kids done as well..yippee!! So i'm glad about that!!
