Just got back from doing a mailing. Mostly I had small packages, and also one card. I forgot to put a stamp on the card before I left. So the clerk gets to it, and says, there is a .20 charge, for mailing a square letter???? Now this was a card from a pack of note cards, and did not look square, but rectangular to me. She charged me the .20. Here is the kicker, I have been using these cards alot, I got 8 packs of them, with my intial "P" on it, 2 for 1.00. However have always, mailed them from home. Never had one sent back. SO my question is, did any one get these postage due?? Just really POOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO"D

1|1|Yeah, they charge "extra" for hand sorting so they don't clog up the machine. I asked the PO lady once if the btfe I mailed my SIL ended up in a body bag if I would get a refund. She was not amused... but ya know, if you pay extra for something, they should stand behind their product.
