I've been thinking about sweet potatoes for several days now. Would you be so kind as to share your recipe and how many servings this would be?

This recipe will make a 10 by 13 dish and I did this 4 times and I used the Glad OvenWare and cooked them and let cool completely and then wrapped really well in aluminium foil and stick in freezer. I take out the night before and thaw and then just reheat in the oven for about 15 to 20 minutes. 4|1|Recipe has been posted|bcmunns|bcmunns@bellsouth.net|17:25:19|11/14/2010|
