I think we are going to order a family meal this year. A few local stores offer them.... But if we do have him this week, Jeromys mom will be here for Thanksgiving and maybe she and Jeromy can make dinner... The plan had been to come hom on Thanksgiving so an early birth will free up some time that day. I guess we shall see. We have until the 21st to place our order.

For instance:
The Kraft Stove Top stuffing is on sale for .79, there is a .50/2 target printable and a $1/2 manufacturer printable out.
The Heinz homestyle gravy is .79 and there is a printable for like $1/3.
There is Campbells cream of mushroom soup on sale for .50 a can -- there is a $1.50/3 printable coupon that would make them free!
Delmonte canned vegetables are .45 each -- think the green beans for the Green bean casserole. You could make a really cheap one or ten-- depending on how many you need LOL!
Turkeys are .68 per lb. but I think they wil probably be cheaper somewhere else.
The above coupons would be great for you if you could find them and use them at target.
Just some ideas. I'm having a last minute birthday party today. My husband and my brother both have a 11/14 birthday. So I just threw together a cake this morning and picked up a bunch of stuff for a few people to come over... and the party just doubled in size. We are going to be having whatever I can find today! I bought 3 packages of hamburgers and had 2 of the hotdogs already here... but I don't think that will be enough now! We might be having some chicken as well! LOL

I would also probably set up several buffet type meals. Maybe one giant meal each day and then let everyone eat what they need to eat as they get hungry (and let them all fix it too!)

24|1|Been busy all day. Have all the sleeping bags. Borrowed some. Borrowed some folding chairs. We have a big 4x8 piece of plywood that I am going to use as a temporary table for Thanksgiving. Dinners:
Thanksgiving dinner...turkey and all the trimmings.
Spaghetti dinner with homemade bread from bread machine
Crockpots of Chili with cornbread.
Breakfasts:
Going to get eggs and bacon (from Costco)
Have tons of cereal. Have sweets.
Have various desserts I can make.
Lunches will consist of sandwiches...grilled cheese, p&j, egg salad, tuna fish.
and leftovers if possible
Still thinking, trying to be totally prepared.
Any suggestions welcome:)
