I just got my laptop back from the manufacturer! Not only did they replace the bad battery with a new one (which was the main reason I sent it off), they also fixed the F3 button my daughter and her friend popped off and reset it to like brand new factory settings so now I am no longer having internet problems!! This is so awesome! I love my laptop again! LMAO Ok, I bad talked Asus for a little bit but they definetly have great customer support and fixed things that werent a part of my original service order that I just happened to add into my letter of explenations. lol Doin the happy dance here!
