Fry up and cube (small cubes) the chicken.

mix chicken with a bunch of cream cheese!

Roll out cresent rolls (like the pillsbury ones) 2 for top, 2 for bottom

put heaping scoop of mixture in middle of bottom of square, put top square on, pinch sides to close, bake using the crossaint directions...

Supper yummy and easy!

The grands would probably work on the squares too... but you could also make a super yummy pot pie with those...

Same thing... fry up chicken and cube... in pot boil up some frozen mixed veggies in cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup... (about 2 cans to each 1 small bag of veggies. Once boiling throw that in a baking dish, add chicken and top with grands (I thin them out and roll them together so they cook all the way through and cover the mixture) and cook to the grands directions :)

Or our other go to chicken recipe...

put a little bbq sauce on the bottom of an 8x8 ish dish put the chicken on top... cover completely in bbq sauce... (takes about 2 bottles total) Cover in foil and bake for about 45minutes at 375... yummy, juicy, chicken...

Yumm,,, think we'll have chicken for dinner tonight too, now I'm hungry lol!

When I make chicken parmesan, I cheat (hee! hee!) & afters smearing the breasts w/a paste (I mix these 3) of soft margarine, minced garlic & meat tenderizer, just roll it in Shake n Bake, bake til chicken is done. Then just pour chunky garden style spaghetti sauce over it & bake til spaghetti sauce is heated thru. Sprinkle parmesan or any kind of shredded cheese on top & bake til cheese starts to melt. Pepper Jack cheese adds a little bit of zip to it as does the garlic. Yum!

Take the chicken breasts pound them flat. Soak in Egg and then in breadcrumbs. Pile feta cheese in the middle and fold over. Drizzle melted butter over the top and bake.

My husband loves it this way. It's nothing fancy, but the feta cheese makes it seem like it is. We always seem to have feta cheese on sale here

Laurie 13|2|Another one for my "to-do" list, Laurie! :) That sounds so simple but delicious! (wondering how that would be with some spinach in the filling.....mmmm)|saint6811|waylan@comcast.net|20:28:55|10/31/2010|
