Ok. So called Hubby today after work and he wanted to pick up pizza at a local pizza place. I told him I really didn't want to spend at least $45 on pizza when I can buy so much in groceries for the same price. We just really can't afford to put any extra out now since we have to figure out how to come up with another $200 a month for my sons allergy shots -- my son is allergic to 48 different allergens that he was tested for! So this is definately a priority!.... So I told him we would have hamburgers tonight -- I'd stop and pick up buns since they are quick and I would pick up pizza crust to make homemade pizza's for tomorrow night! Here's what I did with money instead:

8 Hefty One Zip Storage/Freezer Bags
1 Publix Hamburger Buns
4 Gortons Shrimp (Garlic Sauce, Butter & Breaded)
1 Alka Seltzer Day and Night 20 pack
1 Alka Seltzer Night time 20 pack
2 Alka Seltzer Original 12 packs
1 Publix Sour Cream
2 Taco Bell Dinner Kits
1 Muir Glen Tomato Sauce
1 Muir Glen Tomato Paste
2 Cascadian Farms Granola Bars
2 Publix Pizza Dough
1 Oscar Mayer Pepperoni
Total Saved $107.45
Total Spent $40.00 even!
I also picked up a bunch of meat from Sweetbay Today
6 lbs ground beef
2 packages chicken breasts
2 Bacon 12 oz
2 packages of Petite Sirloins
4 packages of Marcal Toilet Paper 4 packs
14 packages of Koolaid
1 Italian Sausage
2 Purex 3 in 1 detergent
Came to over $65.00 but after gift cards I earned with new prescriptions and coupons I got it down to $27.51
I stopped at K-mart to get:
10 Cans of Hormel Chili with NO Beans reg. price $2.49
I had a raincheck for $1 each and a coupon for $1/2. I got 10 cans and some hair ties and clips for my daughters stocking for $5.50 total.
Then ran to another K-mart because the first one didn't have it and couldn't give me a rain check because they don't carry it! Picked up a present for my son for xmas. The Nerf Tactical Vest is $34.99 at TRU, it is on sale this week at K-mart for $19.99! So it came to $21.19 ¡V I used the $10 we got for selling his old old Bike a few days ago and a $10 gift card from a Budweiser Rebate¡K so got it for really next to nothing!
Whew! That was a lot of stores after work! And I just put another bunch of coupons together for a Publix trip this weekend. The next trip should be super super cheap! Lots of great almost free dealsļ
