(8 oz. each) cream cheese, softened * can also use the the low fat variety<BR>    * 1 can (15 oz.) LIBBY'SŪ 100% Pure Pumpkin<BR>    * 2 cups sifted powdered sugar<BR>    * 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon<BR>    * 1 teaspoon ground ginger<P>Mix cream cheese & pumpkin in mixer until smooth, mix in the sugar and spices.  Put in your serving bowl, cover and chill until ready.  Serve with gingersnaps, graham crackers, apple slices.  This is a Libby recipe, and it makes a lot of dip.    If you have a use for the 1/2 can of pumpkin, you could split it in half if needed.  It is really good!<P>Debbie
3|2|Debbie!  OMG, I love you!  This sounds like it would taste just like the Philly Pumpkin Spice spreadable cream cheese that I so adore!
