So tonight Dh and I joined Planet Fitness. We both need to lose weight. So what do we do first when we get to the gym besides freak lol. We hope to go tomorrow afternoon for the first time.

Try to relax and enjoy it a little bit but I always stretch really good before and after working out..at first i wasnt and i got really bad cramps in my lefts and the backs of my arms and when i talked to the trainer he said to stretch more so stretch it on out :)

My husband did the Elliptical on his 1st day for 20 minutes and couldn't walk for a day (actually had to call into work) and was sore for 4 more. Just saying to be careful. GL!
