Nothing like short notice...they just told us Tuesday afternoon that we are having a community yard sale 10/23. Here in my neighborhood you can't have a Yard Sale unless it's a community one so I started as soon as I saw the notice pulling the stuff out I need to get rid of. We haven't had one here in 2 years, YIKES!
I hope I do well and get most of the stuff GONE too!

I have never made $400 in a yard sale. The most I ever made was about $250.00 -- but I don't stockpile stuff to sell. I really just stockpile to use.

I used to have sales every year, but it seems these days that you can only get pennies on the dollar for your stuff so I've been donating my stuff for the "good feeling of helping others" - LOL.
