Can someome please tell me about the pros and cons about using pay pal and thelimits and fees they have
I understand it easy and convient
But how much can you have in your account and how many times can you take out and in
and any fees involed also if I wanted all the cash back how do I recieve it
It's sounds like a dumb question but I am not sure of all the ins and outs

No need to transfer to your bank account if you have the debit card - just take money out at the ATM. There's no fees for having the debit card other than the ATM transaction fee which most debit cards have anyways.
No cons really that I can think of except the transfer fees when paying someone....if you do a lot of little $$ transfers, I think the fees are kind of disproportionate....but it's still a very convenient way of paying people.
