Thanks so much for all the well wishes and the cards! You girls rock! I got home Wed night and I have been taking it pretty easy. Ok, I disobeyed orders immediately, LOL, but just for a few minutes. Not supposed to drive until Monday but Amy took me to get my car at the hospital in town. I live like 3 miles from it, so no big deal. She did it only because I insisted. Other than that, I have been very good and obeying orders. I have been staying in bed and I think the reason I feel like I have been run over by a truck is because of the no smoking. I'm gonna stay with that, I got scared and after 8 days, I don't want to have to start over again.
Basically, I only had a 30% blockage so not enough to risk and fix. My Doctor thought for sure (he said later) that he was going to have to put stents in. I need to lose weight, cut the stress, (LOL) and quit smoking. If not, in 3 or 4 years I will have a problem.
I loved watching Lifetime movies all day today and plan to do exactly that tomorrow! Work on Tuesday but I think half days for the first week.
Thanks so much to my own personal nurse, Joy and Diamond Girl for everything. Thanks for the cards and Cheyenne: You are such a sweetheart! I love those stickers! : )

I knew there was a reason why I logged in this am when I am supposed to be finishing packing and cleaning the apartment. It's a lot more fun to be online, LOL. Am I ever glad to see your post! Let's see, gotta go down the line. Congratulations on no smoking! I know from watching DH quit that it is sooooo hard, but you are so worth fighting for!
Second thing, trash TV. Do you watch Real Housewives? Don't tell anyone, but I am now hooked on that one and it entertaining. If nothing else it just shows me how much I would rather be poor with priorities (well I guess they all have priorities too, but they are shallow ones at best) than have so much money that all I could do is worry about how to hang on to all of it. If you haven't watched it yet check it out. We don't have Bravo, but they re-run it here on "My 48" which is something I am sure you don't have, but maybe there is something like it. I've only been watching the OC one, haven't ventured into NJ but I can see myself renting that someday.
Anyway, glad to see you back!

am so glad i never started. my whole family smokes or has smoked. everyone i've talked to that has quit says it's the hardest thing in the world to do. but keep up the good work!
