I washed my 2 feather pillows along w/some other laundry. Hung it all out to dry but ended up drying the clothes in the dryer at the end of the day anyway cuz it was cloudy w/NO sun all day so nothing dried. After I got the clothes dried, I stuck one of the feather pillows in the dryer & just got done cleaning just about every blasted feather out of the dryer! The pillow somehow sprung a leak in a seam so there were feathers ALL over in the dryer. :( That was the icing on the cake after making bacon & eggs for supper, forgetting about the bacon & burning every stinking strip of it. Burnt as black as the ace of spades & talk about stinking up the house! Turned on the exhaust fan & opened windows. Got most of the smell out but am now burning a pine scented candle. Then my son was here earlier in the day & somehow sprung the spring, or whatever, for the wall light switch in the bathroom so it won't stay in the OFF position. Have to call someone tomorrow to get that fixed but for now, I have a piece of duct tape holding it in the OFF position. It was either that or climb up to remove the light bulbs. And then there was the mess w/the feathers..... Ugh! This morning, I thought the day was going so well! LOL
Fact of life: After Monday and Tuesday..even the CALENDAR says...
