I right click on that part & then select Copy Shortcut from the drop down menu. Then I go to my email account & paste the email addy into the To: box (you may have to remove the "mailto:" part if it shows up w/the person's email addy).
I use Hotmail/Windows Live & altho they're ticking me off lately w/whatever *updating* they're doing again, I haven't had any trouble w/right clicking on the "Send email to" & copying & pasting the email addy.
