Lord knows my skin is not very thick this week! Anyone yells at me and I may break down completely.

Did things get settled for your mom with medicaid? You've been in my prayers.
An update on us-- everything is still a mess. We are still here, still looking and just hoping something goes through for us quickly before we run out of time (we were supposed to be out by 9/1 and are basically on a week to week now). We've had a number of places that were "almosts", but they fell through so it has been so frustrating. I have one good lead that I am hoping will pan out. It's a nice place and in our range, so hopefully it will happen. Something has to.

I got the letter from teh nursing home that gives all the info on how Mom will be responsible come sat for her stay if medicaid doesn't come through but I was breathing a bit easier knowing that the paper work was all handed in BUT this afternoon I got a call from the medicaid office telling me they needed just a couple things more uggg one had to do with an insurance policy that she had but I told her that we had gotten the check and all was fine then she asked how much was it so I told her and she says that will send her over her allowed amount wtf? so to please them I had to write a check for the amount the insurance check was to the funeral home tho my payment isn't due for 5 months then she wanted a copy lol lol can you believe it lol so all is done and now we sit and way ugggg
As I told you before there are pleanty of places to rent here so pack up the truck and head east lol You are always in my prayers and things will be ok hugs
