ok so I did everything I needed to do for my Mom and medicaid and about 3 weeks ago dropped everything off at the office we hadn't heard anything yet and I called the nursing home yesterday and they hadn't either
today they called and said my Moms medicare stops paying on fri so I told them I would call the office sooooo
I call and the first person who answered checked and said that it was up on the 13th so I was like cool so she says hold on and I will give you the case worker and then she gets on and says she didn't get the paperwork in time and the time has run out I was like WTF? she says we handle alot of paperwork here and I didn't get what I needed again wtf? so she says bring me the copies I said I don't have copies I trusted the professional people at your office with the papers when I dropped them off ( my mistake I know) I was ticked and she knew it so I said so I have to do this all over again ? and she says no just bring me copies so I had to say it again that I didn't have them that I dropped them off she asked if I wanted to talk to her supervisor I said yes then she says she is in a meetig now and I will have her call you my anger was through the roof and I said no I want to talk to someone now and she hung up on me ugggggg
This lady has been a pain since the start she never called back when I left a message for her weeks ago and then was out of the office when I called a second time and I had to talk to her supervisor I could spit nails right now
1|1|When the supervisor calls you, tell him/her you want a new caseworker, that she hung up on you and has been slow responding to your phone calls, and now someone in that office lost the paperwork you submitted. my Moms name and the caseworkers name on a note and attach it to the paperwork I assumed ( like an arese) that it then went into a box or mail slot for the case worker the problem here and the feeling I have in my gut is that the person I handed it to is the same person who I gave my op to about chewing ice while she was on the phone with me remember that? uggg So I just placed a phone call and left a message for the place she gets her pension from as that ws a letter I needed and I am waiting for a call back from ss too then as I hung up with them and went to make another call my freakin phone died I am so over the edge 5|3|Youre having the kind of day I had yesterday......I know how youre feeling pal....hang in there, breathe in....breathe out....|saint6811|waylan@comcast.net|12:21:23|09/14/2010|

she didn't call I called her she took my Moms name and went to get her file and said that they found the paper work I told her tho about how the case worker hung up on me and even told her about the ice chomping person who answers their phone so all is cool for now and it's just more waiting till everything goes through ugggg 8|2|Thank goodness!
