What type of milk is this, Please? The reason I ask, is the fact some one had sent me a FREE Coupon for it and since I am on a 500 to 700 Calorie per day diet, I wonder if it would interfere with my Calorie intake per day. I do use the 2% Reduced Fat Milk from Walmart or Publix with my cereal every morning.
