Twice today my mom has lost the vision in her good eye, please pray she doesn't lose that too, she will be completely devastated, TIA (The neighbor is going to keep an eye on her while we are gone, thank goodness for that, Because we are taking my sister with us.) I know I have been asking for alot of prayers lately but seems we are always needing them, and the power of prayer can cure all! Thank You! ~Hugs~ KAndy

My mom has been having some occasional blurriness in her left eye. Had the arteritis biopsy which came back all ok, & just last week had an ultrasound on her neck veins & an MRI on her brain. Eye dr. was worried she might be having mini strokes but the MRI results were good & the ultrasound only showed some minor blockages (less than half). Not uncommon for someone her age (82) & w/a history of high bp & cholesterol but not enough to warrant surgery or coumadin. Yet. She's been taking an 81mg baby asprin for a couple yrs. now but the dr. told her to start taking a 325mg reg. asprin. She has issues w/sinus & will be getting her new glasses on Mon.
Hopefully, everything will work out fine for BOTH our moms! :)
Fact of life: After Monday and Tuesday..even the CALENDAR says...
