Not only is she fair, consistent & very organized at keeping track of bad/banned traders, she's an excellent voice of reason w/loads of patience.
She spends alot of time already keeping an eye out on RS in order to try & keep it a good, safe place to post, trade & chat.
At the mercy of the current mods & if they don't mind, I'd like to take a poll for all to "agree" or "disagree" by posting replies here.

Yes, I think Joy would make a good moderator EXCEPT I don't think it would be "good" to have anyone who is prominent on the boards (in all fields) because of conflicts of interest. I mean it's kinda hard to enforce "rules" 100% of the time to 100% of the people especially when you are personal friends with 75% of them. KWIM? Also it might take the "fun" out of coming to the boards for a person who is prominent here as they would no longer be able to take sides on ANY argument be it politics or personal or religious ect. It would be like becoming the "boss" and who would want to do that among friends? JMHO
