I know the techie wrote on the fix-it order that one of the things he did was "removed software", but the techie wasn't there when I picked it up & the other guy didn't know what the techie meant. I'll call tomorrow & see if the techie's in so I can ask. Would like to know so I can make sure it doesn't happen again. I was just SOOOO grateful & happy to get the call that my computer was ready that I raced to get it & get back home to plug it back in. Didn't want to wait around for the techie to come back cuz 2 days w/out a computer at my leisure was almost unbearable. LOL I think I did about 2 wks. worth of old newspaper crossword puzzles yesterday morning & this morning. Got 24/25 min. crossword puzzles done in 10 min. flat. LOL And today was recycling for newspapers so got my computer back just in time! :)
