I'd just about move to KY or IL today, let me tell you. I don't think the rest of the family would follow me though. LOL. Hey wait that might be a selling point.
I'm still here, still looking. Have several places that say they are thinking about renting to us. This is a university town and school starts soon, so we are competing with a whole lot of students. We have good references but so many places won't allow cats and we have two. So we'll see what happens. If nothing opens up for us here within a few days we will probably take one of the places that are about 15 miles away. I'm hesitant to do that because of the high schooler (honors student, very involved in her school and I can't see changing that) and the 10 yr old who has some learning disabilities and is established in her school with people who really understand and know her needs. So I dig in my heels and hope for the best!
I think this has taught me how much I want to own a house, so once we are in somewhere I will work towards that goal. I hope this will be our last (forced) move.
