Its seems through the years so many negative comments are made about the trading of cig coupons/rx/formula checks and a board dedicated to just that may get more attention than is really wanted....

First off I have been a member since 1996 or 1997 and I have seen many posts that I that I think do not belong on the boards, but I just skip over them, and move on, and have never posted about them, because this is a free board and feel everyone is entitled to post what they want, so not sure why check and ciggy posts are being singled out. I could suggest at least 6 other boards, but have not done so. Plus there are posts on the GC board that belong on boards already made for that purpose but are not used. The pregnancy and baby boards are never used. I have traded with many of you and am sure the pay pal , free coupons, CC or stamps I sent came in handy and allowed you to purchase other coupons and to get items that you needed or wanted.
I am open to suggestions. I once suggested to a fellow trader a time that we limit the time between bumps, like a couple of hours, well that was followed once or twice, then right back to bumping every 10 minutes. I am all for a time limit being set, as long as it is followed by every other trader on RS, as far as coupons, votes, house parties, online parties, etc. Nothing is ever said when some traders post 25 separate posts for coupons on page 1 of the coupon board, and bumps everyone elses posts to page 2 in about 20 minutes. It would not be fair for only me to have a time limit, then everyone else be able to bump whenever they want. I am a very busy wife, mother, care giver and that would make it easier for me. I am not being supported by the taxpayers, SS disability, etc. so I do not have time to sit at my desk 24/7 and bump all day long. I cannot even post personal stuff about my home life, such as vacations, medical issues, other trips, etc. because posting my whereabouts and my being away from home and desk is taken full advantage of. Cannot even ask for prayers at times when I could really use them.
I was the first trader to post regarding checks on RS.

Right now, everyone has freedom to post without a whole bunch of rules limiting how many posts they can make and such, we would like to keep it that way. Right now we are watching to see how everything works out.
