back in july......we went to NC and back to gatlinburg.....rented a cabin from CABINSUSA........when we got to the cabin.......we found so many things wrong.......
and we paid around $200 per nite........but things were booked and we didnt have a choice but to stay once we got there...was told they would make things right with us.......
when we came to ck out....
anyway......the stove had one burner working.and another working partially........hot tub had only 2 jets working.....remotes were all dead...spider webs all in bathroom......trash all over the back hillside......jacuzzi didnt work at all.......had full size arcade games...that didnt work.....and to top it all off.....next morning
i looked up at the very tall kitchen ceiling...and it had black mold on it......almost all the way across the ceiling.......
when we went to ck out.........they gave us back all the $ except cleaning fee........gave me a free nite to use within a yr........
well we are going back..this next wkend.....i called..didnt tell them i had a coupon for free nite...just ask price and what they had available...so i could look at it online before booking.........i ask prices on a few...for 2 nites..maybe 3......
i choose one...called back......to book......told him i had a free nite.......was told wait let me enter that in the computer......came back.......said that will be
$304 with your free nite.........price was only $340 for the two nites..WITHOUT my free nite coupon........
told him thats ok......i will call back tomorrow and talk to the manager.........and if i dont get a satisfactor deal.......im gonna politely remind her of the good ole lovers nook cabin i stayed in........and the black mold pics on my camera...........which i will be forwarding to better business bureau.... 1|1|i would throw the book at them if they don't do better places can do better then they do and they charge tooooooooooo much !!!|lydzkydz|wyldkydz@embarqmail.com|23:13:06|08/28/2010|

we rent a cabin every other summer in Pigeon Forge and last summer was the first time we werent totally satified with our cabin and it wasnt the inside it was the outside, the grass was very tall and shabby looking outside and the grill caught on fire because it needed cleaned so badly and actually the one bathroom was pretty jacked up, we have never rented from that company before but we will definately stir clear of them.

i ended up with a much better deal..........it doesnt hurt to have a mean , rude husband..at times like this!!LOL
when we went back down to check out that morning........he was totally p--ed....... soon as i got the manager on the phone and told her about my
conversation with the other guy last nite.......she said...is your husbands name Glen......im like yep.........we are the ones who you rented that nasty run down
loversnook...or whatever the name was.....where nothing worked correctly......and had black mold on the ceiling........she paused for a moment....said well i can let u
have it for both nites..even though we arent supposed to do this with a holiday wkend and on a friday and saturday to boot.......LOL
i was all prepared to say.......well thats ok.....but i want u to know i still have the pics of the black mold on my camera along with pics of everything else that was wrong...........and i was gonna file a complaint with better business...........and god forbid.......i get there and everything is wrong with this one........
also.....on the one we had during july.......im sure the owner knew about alot of this stuff.......the cabin was for sale
