2 c. warm water
1 tbsp. yeast
1 box white cake mix (I could totally see using spice cake mix, chocolate, or lemon for these too!)
4 c. flour
Dissolve yeast in water. Add cake mix and flour. Dough will be soft. Mix well. Let rise about 1 hour. Roll out on floured counter. Cut. Let rise 30- 45 minutes.
Bake on cookie sheet sprayed with nonstick spray, at 450 degrees for 12-15 minutes
while warm, roll in cinnamon-sugar mixture or powdered sugar
