Lost a total of 27.4 lbs in the past 2 weeks.  Still going strong to lose more extra baggage.

Bake at 375 for about 40 mins or til hot, bubbly and golden brown. :)  Most people put the green beans in the casserole, mixed with the ground beef mixture, but I prefer to serve them as a side dish.<P><P>ETA....this makes a 9X13 pan for us, growing teenage boys, remember?? And I usually add mixed, frozen veggies to it before baking but if I'm out of mixed veggies, I'll instead toss in a can each of green beans & whole kernel corn, drained. But yea, the veggies on the side is good too. :) <BR>I'm not overly fond of cream of mushroom soup so I've always used cream of chicken in recipes that call for cream of mushroom. I'll never go back to cream of mushroom! Sometimes the soup of the day was cream of chicken & I'd have that for my "employee" meal w/stale Italian bread. LOL The bread was leftover & kept in a box (never moldy!), usually used to make the Braziole but I didn't care, & my bosses thought I was nuts. LOL It was sure yummy w/the cream of chicken soup, or the garbonzo bean/chickpea soup, or the minnestroni soup!<BR>Oh, & the Mozzarella in Corrozza! OMG! Now I'm making myself drool & weak w/hunger for Italian food, & I can feel the pounds already piling on.
